The Greater Naples Area Planned Giving Council is the premier professional association for people whose work includes developing, marketing and administering charitable planned gifts. Our members include estate planning and tax attorneys, accountants, bank trust officers, financial advisors and consultants, plus representatives of nonprofit organizations and institutions.
We are a non profit organization affiliated with the
Partnership for Philanthropic Planning
and ascribe to its Code of Ethics. The Council fosters the exchange of ideas through networking and partnerships, including regular luncheon meetings featuring professional and engaging speakers. Guests are always welcome!

Amendment to the Florida Solicitation of Contributions Act

The Florida Solicitation of Contributions Act (the "Act") requires anyone who solicits
donations, i.e., charitable organizations, sponsors, professional solicitors and fundraising
consultants, to register with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs
